Custom Dental Ceramics Policies

Product Guarantee

All of our restorations, except facings, are guaranteed to fit and function in service for 12 full months.  We will absolutely, positively satisfy you and your patient.  No questions asked, Period!

Payment Policy

Statements are sent the last day of the month.  Payment is due 3% 15 or Net 30.  Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted with no discount.  Should your account reach the 60 day balance, it will automatically go on a COD status until the delinquent balances are paid in full.

All out of state accounts must have a valid Credit Card number on file with Custom Dental Ceramics. Payments will be applied to that Credit Card should your account become delinquent. 

Local Deliveries are made by our delivery person with a 7 working day turnaround.  In state, but out of our area, are handled by a contracted delivery service and are still returned with a 7 working day turn around.

All cases for out of state deliveries will be sent " Scanned DHL Ground ", at our cost.  We ask that doctors sending cases in allow two weeks from the time they send the case out for the completed case to be returned.  Cases can be sent out overnight if the doctor requests a rush service.  This cost will be passed on to the doctor.

Any case that is in the lab for less then 5 working days is considered a rush case.  There is a $25.00 charge per unit for cases requested in 4 working days, and a $30.00 charge per unit for cases requested in 3 working days.
